Hi Everyone,

finally i got the SMM Project file of my desk. 3 days late but such a relief that i have done it actually according to my satisfaction.

Except for the pressure of work this week everything has been good. My work with LatWise Solutions early this year paid me off with Latwise winning the best business plan proposed in Victoria.

It was matter of great pride and honour to meet people from one of the australia's biggest goverment employer.

What i am not happy these days is with input i personally provide to SoftCraft Technologies. There is a lot of ground work which is missing from establishing it as a good Project Management Team.

When i tried identifying the problem it was not that the VISION was missing it was acutal pressure on every individual at other fronts and way everyone including myself were handling it.

Time Management has become a really big problem. Partially INTERNET and IM access to every team member is to be blamed. Also sense of responsibility in terms of everyone wants to do everyone and people's wishes to pursue individual ambitions.

Its nothing that i dont have personal goals which i want to achieve but it has never thought on the expense of others. The problem happens is you cannot blame anyone is you yourself are to blamed for half of the things and for rest your very own friends are.Being friends personal and work issues get mingled leading to conflicts.

Conflict management is which is little bit in control due to friendship but partially even leading to it sometimes.

I am not able to find a solution as i am not one of those damn organized people who would like to work by the needle of clock. I am one of the people which belives in doing things complete and better than other even which means little lag for now but great success in future.

The same mantra which i used to get working previous years way back from my school are failing.

atitude towards life has changed i have started taking issues comming towards me seriously planning the future has become part of my major recovery plan.

The thing which need to be looked at is how i can manage my PERSONAL TIME and WORK TIME. Both of them have become totally mingled.

I need to divide time equally to Cyberica and Softcraft to ensure sucess at both fronts.

Lets see how things go will keep everyone posted.
